Turkey said the cease-fires in Libya and Syria's Idlib have been in effect despite few violations. Last week, Turkish President Erdogan and his Russian counterpart Putin agreed on a ceasefire in Idlib and called on parties in Libya for a truce that takes effect on Jan. 12. Libya is now divided between zones led by the UN-backed government and the east-based forces.
