Libyan National Army commander requests two days to mull Libya deal: Russian Defense Ministry

MOSCOW, Jan. 14 (Xinhua) -- Khalifa Haftar, commander of the Libyan National Army has requested a two-day pause to consider a deal on a Libyan settlement, negotiated in Moscow Monday, the Russian Defense Ministry said Tuesday.
