BEIJING, Jan. 21 (Xinhua) -- The General Office of China's State Council has recently unveiled a guideline to regulate the planning, approval, construction and supervision of IT applications in government affairs.
The guideline requires strengthened information sharing and connectivity across various administration departments at different levels.
Relating departments should boost coordination in managing the national electronic government affairs system, said the guideline, adding that the departments should also supervise and evaluate IT applications in government affairs.
