TOKYO, Feb. 13 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.0 struck off Japan's Hokkaido Prefecture and Russia's Kuril Islands on Thursday, according to the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) and the U.S. Geological Survey.
