BUDAPEST, March 5 (Xinhua) -- Hungary reported the third case of COVID-19 infection, the official website of the Hungarian government dedicated to information about the COVID-19 informed on Thursday in a statement.
The third infected person is a man from Debrecen, East Hungary but working in Milan, Italy, according to the statement, adding that the man commutes regularly between the Italian town and Debrecen.
"On Saturday, 29 February, he landed early morning but was not feverish at the airport body temperature check," the statement said.
He later got fever and was taken to the Gyula Kenezy Hospital, where he was isolated and samples were taken from him. Since then, he has been proven to be infected with the novel coronavirus, according to the statement.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban announced on Wednesday that Hungary has confirmed its first two cases of COVID-19 infection. Enditem
