Jiang Xiuying cuts the hair of a resident at the Fangtingyuan Community in Xicheng District of Beijing, capital of China, on March 11, 2020. The 88-year-old Jiang Xiuying has been voluntarily providing haircut service for the residents of Fangtingyuan Community of Beijing since she moved in years ago. She learnt the haircut techniques after she retired as a tailor.
