HONG KONG, March 16 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) announced Monday night that trading of all equity index options has been suspended for the remainder of the March 16 T+1 session after the trading halt mechanisms have been triggered.
The trading halt mechanisms for Hang Seng Index (HSI), Mini-HSI, Hang Seng China Enterprises Index (HSCEI) and Mini-HSCEI Equity Index Options have been triggered, HKEX said on its Twitter account.
Trading of all equity index options has been suspended for the remainder of the March 16 T+1 session. All other after hours markets remain fully operational, it said. Enditem
