WUHAN, March 24 (Xinhua) -- The virus-hit Hubei Province will lift outbound travel restrictions on Wednesday in all areas except the provincial capital Wuhan, local authorities said Tuesday.
Wuhan will lift outbound travel curbs from April 8. ■
