BEIJING, March 31 (Xinhua) -- "Kyojo," a two-episode Japanese TV drama starring renowned actor Takuya Kimura, hit Chinese online streaming platforms Tuesday.
Revolving around an instructor and his students at a police academy, the show is available on online video platforms including Tencent Video starting Tuesday noon.
"Kyojo," which premiered in Japan in January this year, boasts a score of 7.7 out of 10 on Chinese review platform Douban based on more than 6,600 reviews.
It is from award-winning director Isamu Nakae, whose best-rated works by Douban users includes "Under One Roof," a TV drama released in 1993.
