WUHAN, April 1 (Xinhua) -- The central Chinese city of Wuhan, capital of Hubei Province hard hit by the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), reported Tuesday a new COVID-19 case, local health authorities said Wednesday.
It was Wuhan's first imported case after the city had seen no new cases for seven consecutive days as of Monday. The province registered no domestically transmitted COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, according to the provincial health commission.
