Yin Dian, a Wuhan local born in the 1980s, is a worker at the China Construction Third Engineering Bureau. On the eve of the Spring Festival, he received the task to take part in the technical works of constructing the Huoshenshan Hospital. After the completion of the hospital, he has maintained the negative pressure system and the power system, which respectively works to prevent the spread of virus from the wards and ensure the normal operation of respirators, lighting and disinfection equipment.
