Notre Dame Cathedral marks fire anniversary under COVID-19 lockdown

PARIS, April 15 (Xinhua) -- The COVID-19 pandemic has put the restoration efforts on the Notre Dame Cathedral at a standstill.

The cathedral in central Paris caught fire on April 15 last year.
