BEIRUT, April 25 (Xinhua) -- Lebanon's number of COVID-19 infections increased on Saturday by eight cases to 704 while the death toll went up by two new cases to 24, the National News Agency reported.
Health Minister Hamad Hassan urged the Lebanese to continue wearing masks and needed protective gears while taking necessary precaution measures as people have started to drop their self-isolation habits.
The minister added that the cabinet will decide on how to gradually reduce the general mobilization measures on May 10 when they get a clear picture about the extent of the virus spread in the country from the results of random tests implemented all over Lebanon. Enditem
