MINSK, April 28 (Xinhua) -- Belarus reported 919 new COVID-19 confirmed cases on Tuesday, taking its total to 12,208.
The Health Ministry said 1,993 patients have recovered, while 79 patients with chronic diseases have died from the pandemic.
As of Tuesday, over 161,000 tests for coronavirus infection have been conducted across the country. Confirmed cases account for 7.5 percent of the number of tests performed. Enditem
