Impoverished Chinese villager becomes millionaire through pepper-growing

Dong Heqin, a villager of Yanmiao Village, east China's Anhui province, was registered as the impoverished in 2014. With support from the government, Dong has planted 10 acres of peppers, making him a millionaire.
