BEIRUT, May 7 (Xinhua) -- Lebanon's number of COVID-19 infections increased on Thursday by 34 cases to 784 while the death toll remained unchanged at 25, the National News Agency reported.
Among the 34 new cases, one case was reported among local residents while the 33 others were registered among arrivals from Nigeria, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Lebanon has reduced general mobilization measures but a big number of shops and malls remained closed for the time being.
Lebanese officials urge on many occasions the Lebanese people to be committed to precautionary measures to restrict the spread of the virus. Enditem
