China's FDI inflow up 11.8 pct in April

BEIJING, May 14 (Xinhua) -- Foreign direct investment (FDI) into the Chinese mainland expanded 11.8 percent year on year to 70.36 billion yuan in April, data from the Ministry of Commerce showed Thursday.

In U.S. dollar terms, the FDI inflow stood at 10.14 billion dollars, up 8.6 percent year on year.
