FRANKFURT, May 15 (Xinhua) -- German stocks rose on Friday, with the benchmark DAX index up 128.15 points, or 1.24 percent, to close at 10,465.17 points.
Automotive manufacturer Volkswagen won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 4.14 percent. Automotive supplier Continental and Deutsche Post gained by 3.84 percent and 3.62 percent respectively.
Global internet technology and financial services provider Wirecard, Deutsche Bank and airlines Lufthansa were the top three losers among the blue chips, by falling 7.62 percent, 1.80 percent and 1.76 percent respectively.
Wirecard was the most-traded share with a turnover of 505.7 million euros (546.1 million U.S. dollars). Enditem
