1 killed in fire outbreak in Tehran Refinery

TEHRAN, June 3 (Xinhua) -- In a fire outbreak in the refinery of Iran's capital Tehran on Wednesday, one personnel of the refinery was killed and another was injured, semi-official Fars news agency reported.

Hamid Reza Jafari, the head of Public Relations of Tehran Refinery, told Fars that leaking of gasoline in one of the units of the refinery caused fire eruption which resulted in the death of one person working near the accident.

The other injured person received a brief treatment, and he is in a good condition, said Jafari.

The fire has been contained, while it has not caused any disruption in the production process, he added. Enditem
