WUHAN, June 4 (Xinhua) -- No new confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported in central China's Hubei Province on Wednesday, the provincial health commission said Thursday.
No new asymptomatic cases were reported on Wednesday, while 31 such cases were released from quarantine. There were still 245 asymptomatic cases under medical observation on Wednesday.
As of Wednesday, Hubei had three COVID-19 patients still being treated, including one in severe condition.
Hubei had reported 68,135 confirmed COVID-19 cases in total, with 63,620 cases having been cured and discharged from hospitals by Wednesday.
A total of 4,512 people had died of the disease in Hubei by Wednesday. Enditem
