BEIJING, June 8 (Xinhua) -- Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will on Tuesday co-chair the 10th round of the China-EU high-level strategic dialogue via video link with Josep Borrell, the EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
