MINSK, June 16 (Xinhua) -- Belarus reported 689 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, taking its total to 55,369, according to its health ministry.
The ministry also reported 853 new recovered cases in the past 24 hours, taking the total to 31,273, while 318 people with chronic diseases have died.
As of Tuesday, more than 760,000 tests for COVID-19 have been conducted across the country, the ministry added. Enditem
