BAKU, July 15 (Xinhua) -- Azerbaijan on Wednesday registered 559 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, bringing its total to 25,672, the country's operational headquarters for COVID-19 prevention and control said.
So far, 16,695 people have recovered, including 545 new recoveries over the last 24 hours, according to the headquarters.
Meanwhile, seven people died in the period, raising the death toll to 326.
The headquarters said over 592,700 people had been tested for COVID-19 since the country reported its first case on Feb. 28. Enditem
