PARIS, July 20 (Xinhua) -- French shares rose on Monday, with the benchmark Paris CAC 40 up 0.47 percent, or 23.76 points, to close at 5,093.18 points.
Of the 40 selected large companies, 31 gained in the day.
French omnichannel company Teleperformance advanced 3.80 percent. France-based 3D product design company Dassault Systemes rose 3.78 percent. French-Italian multinational electronics and semiconductor manufacturer STMicroelectronics rose 2.29 percent.
French multinational hospitality company Accor lost 2.64 percent. French multinational advertising and public relations company Publicis Groupe lost 1.89 percent. French multinational integrated oil and gas company Total went down by 1.83 percent. Enditem
