Northeast Chinese city of Dalian had reported dozens of confirmed locally transmitted cases after a 58-year-old man working with a local seafood company tested positive for COVID-19 on July 22. Dalian has been making all-out efforts to tackle the resurgence in COVID-19 cases and stop the spread of the virus.
