The last stretch of the Beijing-Xiongan intercity railway is expected to start operation by the end of 2020. With a designed speed of 350 km per hour, the section links Beijing Daxing International Airport with Xiongan New Area in northern Hebei Province. Track-laying on the section completed on Monday.
