Xiao Ming, 40, is a hearing-impaired person who loves painting since childhood. But due to his poor family condition, he had to put down paintbrush to find another way for making a living. He found a job in a factory and learned to raise bees by which he gained a stable incomes. After shaking off poverty in 2018, Xiao tried to pick up his paintbrush again and continue his dream. Now, he turned a room of his home into a painting studio and learned painting by himself during his spare time. He hopes to realize his own painting style to record stories of farmers and present the appearance of the countryside.
