TEHRAN, Sept. 17 (Xinhua) -- Alireza Mansourian was appointed as the new head coach of Iran's top-flight Tractor soccer club on Thursday, the official website of the club reported.
Tractor parted company with Saket Elhami recently and signed a 3-year deal with Mansourian for an undisclosed fee.
The 48-year-old coach started his career in 2009 as the head coach of Iranian Pas Hamedan and then headed Iran's national U-23 team, Naft Tehran, Esteghlal and Zob Ahan.
Tractor will participate at the next year's AFC Champions League qualification as the champions of Iran's Hazfi Cup. Enditem
