
Li Chao (3rd L), Chinese ambassador to Estonia, Tiit Terik (2nd R), chairman of Tallinn City Council, Tallinn Deputy Mayor Aivar Riisalu (1st R), Estonian parliamentarian and former Minister of Finance Sven Sester (3rd R) and the organizers jointly open the Asian Lantern Festival in Tallinn, Estonia, on Dec. 5, 2019. A vast and colorful light sculpture honoring old Chinese traditions illuminated the dark night here on Thursday and marked the opening of the Asian Lantern Festival at the Tallinn Song Festival Grounds.
