JINGXIAN, Nov. 8, 2019 (Xinhua) -- The oilcloth umbrella, made of oiled cloth and bamboo frame, is a traditional Chinese handicraft.
With 12 procedures in total and a process of one week, the craftsmanship of making oilcloth umbrella is a provincial-level intangible cultural heritage.
The annual output of Guomin Oilcloth Umbrella Plant in Gufeng Village of Jingxian County, China's Anhui Province is about 100,000. These products are sold in both domestic market and overseas markets like Germany, Japan, South Korea, etc.
