DPRK confirms test firing second ICBM

PYONGYANG, July 29 (Xinhua) -- The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Saturday confirmed the test firing on Friday of the second "Hwasong 14" intercontinental ballistic missile, according to the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).
