BEIJING, Aug. 11 (Xinhua) -- A 6.3-magnitude earthquake jolted the Philippines at 1:28 p.m. Friday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter, with a depth of 180 km, was monitored at 14 degrees north latitude and 120.71 degrees east longitude
The center initially said it was a 6.5-magnitude quake based on preliminary measurement.
