TUNIS, Oct. 8 (Xinhua) -- Tunisia rallied from one goal down to beat Guinea 4-1 in Conakry on Saturday to stay atop of group A and moved closer to qualifying for the 2018 World Cup.

Guinean captain Naby Keita put the hosts ahead in the 37th minute before Tunisian star Youssef Msakni slammed home the equalizer during the injury time of the first half.

Msakni then scored his second in 75th minute and his third in the injury time for his hat trick feat. In between, Amine Ben Omar came in to score the third for Tunisia in the 84th minute.

Also in the group, the Democratic Republic of the Congo beat Libya 2-1 in Monastir, Tunisia, after the match was moved from Libya for security reasons.

"We completed the task in Conakry and we scored a great result and the players in the second half managed to exploit the opportunities and score them to goals and we are approaching the World Cup," said Tunisian coach Nabil Maaloul.
