BEIJING, Nov. 18 (Xinhua) -- A 6.9-magnitude earthquake hit Nyingchi, Tibet at 6:34 a.m. Saturday Beijing Time, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter was monitored at 29.75 degrees north latitude and 95.02 degrees east longitude.
The quake struck at a depth of about 10 km.
