KUWAIT CITY, Nov. 24 (Xinhua) -- The Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Friday condemned the attack near a mosque in Egypt's North Sinai province.
The emir sent his condolence to the Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi, condemning the attack as a terrorist act that violates all religions, norms and human values.
He voiced his country's solidarity with Egypt and his full support to all measures taken by Egypt to maintain its security and stability.
The leader also wished a swift recovery of those injured in the attack.
Kuwait's Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah also sent their condolences to the Egyptian president.
Militants attacked a mosque in Egypt's North Sinai province earlier on Friday, killing at least 184 people and injuring 120 others.
