DOHA, Nov. 27 (Xinhua) -- Qatar Airways has renewed its partnership with Orbis UK, Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Akbar Al Baker said on Monday.
Qatar Airways has announced a statement on its official website that the renewal of the partnership for a further three years until 2020, Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported.
"Qatar Airways strongly believes in giving back to the global community and to making a difference,'' Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Akbar Al Baker said.
Al baker has expressed his happiness to continue Qatar's Airways support for Orbis and renewed the partnership for another three years, as the airline connects communities and people all over the world, the statement said.
Orbis a global charity, dedicated to preserving and restoring the sight of the poorest people in the poorest communities across the world.
