SOEs have potential in mass entrepreneurship, innovation: Premier

BEIJING, April 28 (Xinhua) -- China's central government-administered state-owned enterprises (SOEs) have a promising future in boosting mass entrepreneurship and innovation, Premier Li Keqiang said Friday.

Premier Li said he believes centrally administered SOEs have more potential and opportunity in implementing mass entrepreneurship and innovation as they are rich in technology, talent, capital and resources.

"The mass entrepreneurship and innovation initiative is a reform in essence," said Li.

BEIJING, April 14 (Xinhua) -- China's state-owned enterprises (SOEs), the backbone of the country's economy, have shown fresh vitality as reforms to these companies gradually bear results.
