BEIJING, April 30 (Xinhuanet) -- The 9th China Flower Expo will be held in Yinchuan City of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from September 1 to October 7, the first of its kind in northwest China.
The exposition will feature a main display area covering more than 3.8 square kilometers and subordinate areas with five different themes, hoping to stimulate the development of tourism, organic agriculture, and wine culture in the region.
A total of 32 flower associations from across the country will attend the event, while the 3rd China- Arab State Expo will also be held during the same period.
The China Flower Expo has been held once every four years since 1987. So far it has been held successfully in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Changzhou and other places.
