6.0-magnitude quake hits 115 km WNW of L'Esperance Rock, New Zealand -- USGS

HONG KONG, June 29 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake 6.0 magnitude jolted 115 km WNW of L'Esperance Rock, New Zealand on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 392.32 km, was initially determined to be at 31.1009 degrees south latitude and 179.9508 degrees east longitude.
