HANOI, Aug. 1 (Xinhua) -- ASEAN Music Festival will take place in Vietnam's northern Vinh Phuc province no Aug. 20-24 with participation of seven Southeast Asian nations.
Art troupes from Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam will stage music and dance performances at the five-day event, the provincial authorities said on Tuesday.
During the festival, one of the events designated to celebrate the 50th founding anniversary of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), art troupes will also attend relevant seminars and tour Vinh Phuc.
