PHNOM PENH, Oct. 5 (Xinhua) -- Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen flew to Bandar Seri Begawan, capital of Brunei, on Thursday to attend the Golden Jubilee celebration of Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah's accession to the throne.
His participation was made at the invitation of Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah, according to the Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This year marks the 50th anniversary or Golden Jubilee of the Sultan's accession to the throne.
The Cambodian prime minister will return home on Saturday.
