ULAN BATOR, Nov. 2 (Xinhua) -- The European Union on Thursday signed an agreement with Mongolia on sending a diplomatic delegation to the country.
Mongolian Minister of Foreign affairs Damdin Tsogtbaatar and EU Ambassador to Mongolia Hans Dietmar Schweisgut inked the accord in a ceremony at the Government Palace in Ulan Bator.
An EU delegation to Ulan Bator marks significant progress in bilateral relations between Mongolia and the EU, said D. Tsogtbaatar.
There will be a wider range of opportunities for building up bilateral cooperation in all sectors in the future, said Schweisgut.
