DPRK reopens hotline with S. Korea in Panmunjom -- DPRK media

PYONGYANG, Jan. 3 (Xinhua) -- The authorities of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Wednesday said the country would reopen a channel for communications with South Korea in the truce village of Panmunjom, the DPRK media reported.
