MUMBAI, Feb. 1 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets closed flat on a negative bias on Thursday after Finance Minister Arun jaitley announced union budget.
The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 35,906.66, 58.36 points or 0.16 percent down compared to its previous close at 35,965.02.
