PYEONGCHANG, Feb. 11 (Xinhua) -- Arnd Peiffer of Germany won the men's biathlon 10 km sprint of the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games at the Alpensia Biathlon Center here on Sunday.

Peiffer put on a flawless display of shooting to finish the sprint in 23 minutes and 38.8 seconds.

Michal Krcmar of the Czech Republic took the silver and Italy's Dominik Windisch got the bronze.
