NEW YORK, Feb. 16 (Xinhua) -- U.S. oil prices rallied on Friday.
The West Texas Intermediate (WTI) for March delivery increased 0.34 U.S. dollar to settle at 61.68 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
