LUSAKA, Feb. 20 (Xinhua) -- The following are news highlights in Zambia's major media outlets on Tuesday

-- Opposition political parties in Zambia have raised concerns over the government's decision to distribute school books in the central part of the country branded with President Edgar Lungu's face.

The largest opposition party, the United Party for National Development (UPND), has since declared that it will also donate books branded with the face of its leader while the National Democratic Congress has instructed its members in the province to collect the branded exercise books and burn them, saying they were corrupting children with politics. -- A Zambian government minister has asked his colleagues to work hard and ensure delivery of development in order to ensure that the governing party continues in power even after the 2021 general elections.

Minister of Local Government Vincent Mwale said the governing party has a mammoth task of working hard in order to succeed or risk being chased from power. (The Mast)
