MADRID, Feb. 20 (Xinhua) -- Sevilla are set for their biggest night of the season when they entertain Manchester United in the Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium on Wednesday night.

The English side are favorites to progress from the last 16 of the competition, but will have to be on their guard against a rival that is currently fifth in the Spanish Liga Santander and has already qualified for the final of the Copa del Rey knockout competition.

Sevilla coach Vincenzo Montella has virtually a full squad to choose from after Ever Banega and Luis Muriel recovered from muscle problems, while the thigh injury which forced Joaquin Correa out of Saturday's 2-1 win in Las Palmas is not as serious as first feared.

The club's French defender, Clement Lenglet admits Wednesday night will be a test of his team's abilities, as well as his own as he will be faced with Manchester United's Belgian international forward Romelu Lukaku.

"When you play in the last 16 of the Champions League, the striker you are facing is always a top player, who is able to score from any position and we will have to be very attentive," said the 22-yeat-old.

Lenglet added that Sevilla will have to "play like animals" to beat Manchester United, but insisted that nobody was "scared of United. They have a lot of quality, but so do well and our ground will have a fantastic atmosphere for the game."

Indeed around 800 police and private security officers will be on duty on Wednesday to ensure there are no crowd problems, before, during or after the game.
