RABAT, March 9 (Xinhua) -- Morocco and Mali have signed five cooperation agreements to boost bilateral cooperation, local media reported on Friday.
Signed at a ceremony co-chaired by Moroccan Prime Minister Saad Eddine El Othmani and his Malian counterpart Soumeylou Boubeye Maiga late on Thursday in the capital in Rabat, these agreements cover various areas of cooperation.
Three agreements concern transport area, including an agreement on international road transport of passengers and goods, one on the recognition of driving licenses and a third on logistics.
In the area of employment, a protocol was signed to boost cooperation on education and vocational training.
The fifth agreement was on technical cooperation in the field of water development.
These agreements came during an ongoing visit of a large Malian delegation led by Prime Minister Maiga to Morocco.
