HONG KONG, March 19 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong stocks closed up 11.79 points, or 0.04 percent, to 31,513.76 points on Monday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 31,244.62 and 31,656.30. Turnover totaled 106.2 billion Hong Kong dollars (about 13.54 billion U.S. dollars).
